Joints and bones pain, symptoms and treatment

Bone and joint pain can be very painful.
Bone and joint diseases can cause pain and walk-in problems.
Some of these problems require surgery.
But most problems are cured by medicines.

Feeling of pain and boredom in the bones – Pain or discomfort in one or more bones.
Bone pain is found less than joint pain.

The cause of bone pain can be obvious, such as bones may be ruptured or unclear, such as cancer that can spread to the bones (metastasis).

Joint pain or arthralgia can be defined as the pain of one or more joints.
This can be due to injury in any structure of the adjoining ligament, bassai or tandons.

Reason –

The cause of pain of bones: Pain in the bones is caused by injury or other circumstances, such as:

Bone cancer (primary mellagnancy) or cancer that has spread to the bones (metastatic malignancy)
Obstruction of blood supply to bones (as in sickle cell anemia)

Bone Infection (Osteomyelitis)
Leukemia (blood cancer)
Mineral deficiency in osteoporosis (osteoporosis)
More labor
Children who have learned to walk now, break their bones

Due to joint pain:

Joint pain or joint pain can be caused by injury or other causes, such as :-

Arthritis-osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis
Sickle cell disease (sickle cell anemia)
Steroid Drug Withdrawal
Cartilage burst
Joint infection

Symptoms –

The symptoms of pain in bones and joints are-

Pain while walking, standing, moving and even relaxing

Swelling and crepitus
Joints being locked while walking or moving
Strength of joints, especially in the morning or it can last all day

If there are symptoms like fever, fatigue and weight loss, then there may be a serious insider or infectious disease. You should talk to the doctor.

Investigation and diagnosis of disease –

The doctor will ask about your medical history to identify the disease and conduct physical examination. In medical history, questions related to pain, times of pain and patterns and any other related facts can be asked. One or more of these tests can be done-

Blood study (e.g. CBC, blood defensive)
X-rays of bones and joints, including a scan of bones
Bone and joints CT or MRI scans
Hormone levels study
Study of the function of pituitary and adrenal gland
Study of urine

The treatment –

Joint pain can not be ignored. If your problem is furious or simple, you can use OTC painkillers. But if your pain is persistent or started after any injury or pain or surgery, then meet the doctor.

Relaxing and giving a warming: Normal injury or sprain and relief of common painkillers (such as paracetamol, ibuprofen) or hot drinks can help relieve pain.

Exercise :-

Normal lighter exercises help in improving the mobility of joints, pain reduction and pain, stiff muscles in patients with arthritis or fibromyalgia.
If these solutions do not give you relief then meet doctor. Medicines – Acetaminophen, Aspirin, NSAID (Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Mefenamic Acid) are very effective in relieving pain.
In the case of chronic or chronic pain, NSAID is not as effective and can cause side effects.
